Although the city of Talavera de la Reina (Spain) is a small city, there has always been a lot of concern for photography and cinema, with renowned authors recognized both in Spain and internationally. Among them is Francisco Márquez, who has participated in the 2nd Film Cycle of Talavera, showing his short documentaries HINOJOS and PRESPA.

In addition, he explained how they were conceived, how they were shot on the ground, using drones to small underwater cameras. The event was held in the auditorium of the Municipal Library José Hierro of the city.
